StayOnBoard Art Gallery presents BEYOND THE IMAGE ART PRIZE 2026, the first edition of the international prize dedicated to contemporary photography, video art, experimental film, moving images, and hybrid and installation-based practices. The prize explores the relationship between image, identity, and self-perception through a dialogue between contemporary art, neuroscience, and image technologies. The selected projects approach these themes through different artistic languages, ranging from photography and found footage to video installation and images generated and transformed through artificial intelligence.
