Elisa Muliere

Elisa Muliere (Tortona, 1981) lives and works in Bologna. She graduated in Painting at the Academy of Fine Arts in Bologna (2008). Since her first works, she demonstrates a multidisciplinary approach that leads her to explore different techniques and materials, overcoming the traditional boundaries of artistic disciplines, from pictorial work on canvas and paper to the experimentation of other forms of research such as installations, sculpture and editorial products. Since 2017, the artistic practice has been enriched with the use of materials such as ceramics and fabric, and with the investigation of the relationship between art and music through gesture, rhythm, movement and colour. Since 2020, he has been linking gesture and figuration, creating a hybrid and multiform visual language that is allusive and syncretic.
